A no-risk way to validate ideas, expand rough concepts, and only move forward if the solution actually delivers value
Most app, automation, and AI ideas never fail.
They just never get built.
Not because they are bad ideas, but because the risk feels too high.
Too expensive to test.
Too unclear to scope.
Too many unknowns to justify committing budget upfront.
That hesitation is completely reasonable.
So instead of asking people to pay first and hope it works later, this approach flips the process.
The idea is simple
If you have an idea for an app, automation, or AI tool, even if it is incomplete or not documented, we help you expand it, test it, and turn it into a real working proof of concept. NOT ALL ideas will qualify for this Proof of Concept offer, we can determine this during your free consult.
You only pay after you see it working and decide it’s worth moving forward from $500-$2,000 for the POC work.
What this is, and what it is not
This is not a slide deck.
This is not a Figma mockup.
This is not a vague strategy document.
This is a functional, hands-on proof of concept designed to answer one question clearly:
Is this idea worth building further?
How the process works
1. Idea submission
You share the idea in whatever form it exists today:
- A paragraph
- Notes
- A rough workflow
- A problem you want solved
It does not need to be fully thought out. Part of the process is helping you expand and clarify it.
2. Short consultation
We meet virtually to:
- Clarify the problem you are solving
- Define what success actually looks like
- Decide what the proof of concept needs to demonstrate
If confidentiality is required, you can provide your own NDA or we can use one before any details are shared.
3. Proof of concept build
The proof of concept focuses on:
- Core functionality
- Feasibility
- Real-world behavior
- Limitations and next steps
The goal is not polish.
The goal is clarity.
4. Live demo and walkthrough
Once complete, we review the proof of concept together.
You see:
- What works
- What needs refinement
- What is possible next
- What would not be worth pursuing
Then you decide how to proceed.
Two possible outcomes
If you decide not to move forward
- No charge
- No pressure
- All files and materials are deleted
- The idea goes no further
This is intentional. If the proof of concept does not create value, you should not pay for it.
If you decide to move forward
- The proof of concept typically falls between $500 and $2,000, depending on complexity and time involved
- At this point, it becomes an official engagement
- We scope the full build, timeline, and total cost together
Nothing is hidden. Nothing is forced.
Why this approach works
Most people are not afraid of building something.
They are afraid of paying to find out it should never have been built.
This model:
- Reduces risk
- Creates clarity early
- Allows smarter decisions
- Prevents wasted spend
- Turns uncertainty into something concrete
It is especially useful for:
- Founders validating an idea
- Business owners exploring automation
- Teams testing AI tools before scaling
- Organizations that want proof before commitment
