How it works

Assess. Train. Build. Adopt.

Four steps from figuring out which AI fits, to a team that uses it, builds with it and keeps growing on its own.

Stage 01

Assess

Will starts by looking at what you have and what you need. That means reviewing the AI tools already in place, how people actually use them, and where work slows down. From there he recommends the right toolset for your business or for you personally, whether that's Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or something else.

Output / checkpointA clear picture of your tools and needs, and a recommended starting point.

  • Review the tools and licenses you already have
  • Map real tasks, needs and bottlenecks
  • Recommend the best-fit AI toolset and a first use case

Stage 02

Train

Training meets people where they are. It can start with basic AI literacy and confident everyday use, and go all the way to building your own assistants, agents, workflows and full applications.

Output / checkpointPeople who have practiced it themselves, and prompts and workflows they keep using.

  • AI basics and safe everyday use
  • Hands-on practice with your real tasks
  • Advanced sessions on building agents, workflows and apps

Stage 03

Build

Will builds the agents, workflows, apps or websites you need, and the handoff works one of two ways. Either he builds it and trains your staff to use it, or he does the complete build so your team can take it over and run it.

Output / checkpointA working tool tested with real users, and a team ready to use or own it.

  • Agents, workflows, apps and websites
  • Built-and-trained, or fully handed over
  • Review points and testing from day one

Stage 04

Adopt

The goal is full adoption and enablement. Your people, teams and leadership use AI with confidence, keep improving how they work, and solve new problems on their own, without needing Will.

Output / checkpointAn organization that runs and improves its own AI work.

  • Rollout with clear owners
  • Ongoing support while habits form
  • A self-sufficient team that keeps growing
