AI training and team enablement

For individuals, teams and leaders who want to become capable with AI, not dependent on someone else.

Start with one coaching session or one team session. →

What it is

We start with the work you already do. No generic demos or slide decks. Will sits down with you or your team and works through your real tasks, using your own examples with anything sensitive taken out. Along the way you'll learn what's safe to share, how to double-check what AI gives you, and how to save the prompts that work so you can use them again tomorrow.

Who it's for

  • One-to-one coaching for an individual or owner
  • Team sessions built around shared tasks
  • Leader decision sessions on where AI fits and what to approve
  • Guided building for people who want to make their own assistants and workflows

Is this a fit?

  • Licenses were bought but few people use them
  • People are unsure what's allowed
  • A few power users and everyone else stuck
  • You want to learn to build your own assistants

What you get

  • A quick conversation first about your role and what you want help with
  • Hands-on practice with the tasks you actually do
  • Your own examples to practice on, with sensitive details removed
  • Simple habits for checking that AI's answers are right
  • A personal set of prompts and workflows you can keep using
  • Follow-up time for questions and more practice
  • A path from your first session to full team enablement

§ How it runs

Three steps, no surprises.

  1. 1

    Flexible agenda

Each session starts with a flexible agenda, shaped by an earlier conversation or by how much the person or team already knows about AI.

  2. 2

    Working session

Demonstrations and real-world examples built around exactly what you work on every day. The session changes direction as it goes, based on what's clicking and what you need help with.

  3. 3

    Use it the same day

You leave with prompts, workflows and demonstrations you can use that day and build into your daily routine.

Where training leads

Training is the first step, not the finish line

A first session gets people comfortable. From there, the work can keep growing, from one person learning prompts to a whole organization that solves its own problems with AI. Each stage builds on the one before, at whatever pace fits you.

  1. Stage 1

    Learn

Individuals get confident with the tools they already have, using their own daily tasks.

  2. Stage 2

    Apply

People start automating repetitive work and handling harder problems: research, analysis, drafting and decisions.

  3. Stage 3

    Enable the team

Teams share what works, build their own assistants and workflows, and teach each other. Leaders get clear guidance on where AI fits and what to approve.

  4. Stage 4

    Self-sufficient

Your people, teams and leadership keep improving how the organization works on their own, and get real value from the licenses and tools you pay for.

The goal is simple: you shouldn't need Will forever. Success is when your team keeps growing without him.

What you provide

  • A quick note on your AI experience and the tools you have access to
  • The tasks you work on day to day and want help with
  • Real examples to work from, with sensitive details removed
  • Any rules about what information can be used

Review point

By the end of the session, you have prompts and workflows that fit your daily work, and you know how to use them on your own the same day.
