Built for department leaders, operations teams, and internal staff at an industrial equipment business, this platform serves as the single entry point for all artificial intelligence initiatives.
Unlike static spreadsheets or distributed team chats, it provides a live system of record where active tooling, approved vendor lists, training participation, and internal automation projects are tracked in one place.
The problem
The organisation rapidly introduced tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and external software, but details on usage and requests were scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets, and chat channels. Leadership could not easily verify active licence usage, track who had completed training, or identify whether unapproved tools posed data risks. Teams also lacked visibility into existing solutions, leading to potential duplicate build efforts.
The solution
A unified internal portal was deployed to log all artificial intelligence requests, manage governance reviews, and catalog existing solutions. The platform connects licensing records with training data to highlight inactive accounts and direct staff to relevant learning materials. Both operational teams and leadership access the same live dataset, replacing periodic manual reporting with continuous visibility.
