The problem
Employees frequently spend valuable time searching through dispersed policy documentation to find answers to standard human resources queries. This manual search process creates unnecessary friction for staff and leads to repetitive routine inquiries reaching the human resources department. Additionally, staff lacked a standardized route to escalate complex or sensitive matters that documentation could not resolve.
The solution
A conversational Copilot agent was developed to index organizational guidelines and surface accurate, direct answers to common employee questions in natural language. The agent was connected directly to central internal access points to ensure availability across multiple communication channels. An integrated escalation workflow was also built to seamlessly route unresolved or specialized questions to human resources representatives.
