The problem
During emergencies and drills, alerting personnel and verifying their safety required manual phone calls and messaging by leadership and administrative staff. Safety procedures existed on paper, but teams lacked real-time visibility into who had received notifications and who needed assistance. This manual outreach introduced delays and left managers without an accurate accounting of on-site and remote staff.
The solution
