Built for field contractors, asset owners, and service operations teams at an industrial equipment business to record and monitor equipment inspections.
Unlike manual paper records, the platform provides a shared multi-tenant workspace where contractors complete standardized digital checklists with photo evidence, giving all stakeholders direct access to live equipment service history.
The problem
Preventative maintenance inspections were managed on paper checklists, making it difficult to track completed work and identify missed service intervals. The lack of central records limited visibility for asset owners and equipment teams, creating challenges for warranty verification and compliance tracking. Fragmented documentation also increased administrative overhead across field operations.
The solution
A mobile-responsive application was built with secure role-based access for contractors, asset owners, and internal teams. The system captures checklist entries, photo attachments, and completion timestamps in real time, centralizing records in a structured database. Dashboards and automated logs provide visibility into upcoming maintenance schedules and historical service logs.
