Unlike fragmented spreadsheets and manual calendar coordination, this application provides an authoritative single source of truth for every new hire, complete with role-based visibility and automated progression tracking.
The problem
Organizing and scheduling new hire onboarding previously required coordinating across spreadsheets, emails, and individual calendar invites. This decentralized approach led to inconsistent training quality, high manual administrative overhead, and unclear accountability among managers, trainers, and HR teams.
The solution
A centralized web portal was designed around structured, reusable onboarding plans and role-based permissions. The platform coordinates scheduling and travel logistics while requiring dual sign-off from both trainers and new hires to confirm milestone completion.
